Work Process
PRE- CONSTRUCTION

Before a single brick is laid, we sit down to lock in the project details and make sure everyone is on the same page. We agree on a transparent, fixed price, establish a clear management timeline, and map out exactly how the build will progress step by step. Once the plan is set and the initial deposit is paid to secure your slot, our team handles all the preparation work so we can hit the ground running safely and efficiently.
This is where the heavy lifting happens, and our experienced building team brings your project to life on site. To keep everything running smoothly and transparently, progress payments are made every one or two weeks, strictly depending on the schedule we agreed upon beforehand. This structured approach ensures you only pay for completed stages of work, while allowing us to maintain momentum, manage materials, and keep the build moving forward exactly on time.
POST- CONSTRUCTION
Our job is not finished just because the main building work is done; we make sure every single detail is absolutely perfect. We conduct a thorough final walkthrough with you to check the quality of all finishes, iron out any minor snags, and ensure the space meets our high trade standards. Only when you are completely satisfied with the final result and love your new home, the final closing payment is made to officially wrap up the project.
